The Scoil Ursula Spelling Bee took place in the Halla on Wednesday. Three spellers from each of our 5th & 6th Classes took part. The competition was keenly contested and came down to a very tense and exciting tie-breaker between Michael and Ryan.
Michael won out in the end but because of a clash of events, he graciously handed over the opportunity to Ryan to represent the school in the Easons Spelling Bee Sligo County Final, which takes place in Rathcormack NS on Thursday next. We wish him every success!!!
