A hundred thousand welcomes to our website from Scoil Ursula in Sligo! In our school we believe that a happy and safe environment is the best way for our children to experience the holistic, inclusive and quality learning that takes place here. Our school is rooted in the Christian values and traditions of the Ursuline Order who founded the school in 1966. From those early days and on into the future, the pupils of Scoil Ursula leave our school as well-educated and well-rounded, caring and competent young people. We are committed to strive for excellence in the education of the children in our school. Our website is an ongoing project in which many students, parents, teachers and staff are involved. Today is Saint Angela's Day. She was the founder of the Ursuline Order. Her inspired philosophy of education is the reason our school and hundreds more like it are still in existence today. You can see our display to commemorate this Feast Day inside the main door of the school here.
