Here is our Irish song to the tune of Jingle Bells to practice for our Christmas Carols. We picked out copies with neat writing and copies of the most improved writing as examples.

In November we were learning about all different types of homes as well as homes in different countries. We also discovered that people can be homeless. 
We learned that in Australia if you are very lucky you might have a swimming pool in the back of your house!
We made our own homes out of recycled materials. We worked well in groups. Here we are making our houses.

Here is the finished product. We have a little village in our classroom!

We have our very own sports star in second class playing alongside all the big girls to win the final. Well done. We are very proud of you.
