A very special day at Scoil Ursula today as we welcomed Minister for Education & Youth, Hildegarde Naughton, to our school.
A very special day at Scoil Ursula today as we welcomed Minister for Education & Youth, Hildegarde Naughton, to our school.We were honoured and privileged to have the Minister visit Scoil Ursula, meet our pupils, staff, Board of Management and parent representatives, and take the time to walk through our school building to see firsthand the significant challenges in the infrastructure of our school building.
Important discussions took place regarding the condition of the school campus, the infrastructure needs of the school, and the ongoing commitment of our staff to teaching and learning in Scoil Ursula 
We sincerely thank Minister Naughton for her engagement, support and interest in our school, and for taking the time to listen to the experiences of our school community.
Our pupils were delighted to meet the Minister — and there was great excitement when they were given a night off homework!
