Spelling Bee

The Scoil Ursula Spelling Bee took place in the Halla last week. Three spellers from each of our 5th & 6th Classes took part. The competition was keenly contested and came down to a very tense and exciting tie-breaker between two classmates, Mikolaj and Fionn.
Mikolaj won out in the end and goes on to represent the school in the Easons Spelling Bee Sligo County Final, which takes place in St. John's NS on Thursday. We wish him every success!!!
