Today is Safer Internet Day (SID), an event organised by Insafe in February of each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world.

Safer Internet Day 2013 is the tenth edition of the event. The theme for the day is 'Online rights and responsibilities', when we encourage users to 'Connect with respect'.
